Feb: 10 (am), 16, 17 (am), 20 (pm), 21, 24 (am)

March: 5, 8, 13, 15, 16 (am), 19, 20, 22, 23 (am), 26, 27, 29, 30

April: 2, 3 (pm), 4, 6 (am), 9-13, 16, 26, 27 (am), 30

May: 1, 2, 4 (am), 7, 8 10, 11 (am), 14, 15, 17, 18 (am), 21, 23, 25, 29-31

 

"am" next to a date - morning only is available; "pm" - afternoon only

All parties and counsel must agree on one or more dates for the mediation. Please do not submit a request for a mediation date until all participants have agreed on that date.  To avoid confusion and misunderstandings, dates cannot be "held" pending agreement by the parties (sorry, no exceptions).

To request a date, click on and complete the Reservation Form below, then click on the Submit button. 

The confirmation is sent as an attachment to an email, so check your spam/junk mail if your system captures emails with attachments and doesn't allow them into your inbox. 

In the event there are two requests for the same date and time, the first received will be given preference. 

Note: if a preferred date is not shown as available, you can click here to be directed to the web site of Paul Duden, an experienced mediator, to check on his availability for that date.
