from the north - - travel south on SW Broadway (one-way southbound; it would be SW 7th if it were a numbered street), turn left at SW Salmon (one-way eastbound street), then immediately turn right into the building's parking entrance on SW Salmon.
from the south - - to enter the garage from the south, travel on SW 6th Ave. (one-way northbound) to SW Main, turn left and then right into the building entrance in mid-block.
Check in at Suite 1700 at the NW corner of the 17th floor. The receptionist will direct you to the conference rooms from there. Five of the conference rooms are in Suite 1770 at the NE corner of the 17th floor. The sixth is in Suite 1700 where the receptionist is located.
Parking is available in the building, but relatively expensive. Currently, a full day is $15 and that rate often is reached during the time it takes to complete a half-day mediation or arbitration session. There are early bird 'specials' which cap the daily rate at around $9.50 in this building's garage. Other garages close by could have better rates.
